From being uninspired, out of shape and partying 5 nights a week to a professional fighter, my journey has been one hell of a rollercoaster to say the least. 5 years ago if someone said to me I was going to be fighting out the best team in the UK, Team Tieu (obviously I’m biased) and fitness was going to be a huge part of my life, I would’ve laughed. Training in general but particularly Muay Thai has changed my life in ways I could have never imagined.
